Against The Grain Citra Ass Down- “This is a very hop forward American style IPA. Brewed with Pale, Vienna, Munich and wheat malt for a solid base for all American hops, focusing mainly on the variety “Citra.” Citra hops are a relatively new variety introduced in 2008. It was bred as a hybrid of a number of different hops, including Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, U.S. Tettnanger, East Kent Golding, Bavarian, Brewers Gold, and other unknown hops. The resulting hop, Citra, has a distinct citrusy and tropical fruit flavor and aroma. In Citra ass down we used American Columbus for bittering and 11# of Citra at the end of the boil for late kettle addition flavor and aroma. Then we added 6 more pounds Citra and 5# Centennial post fermention for aroma. Rebrewed for your tasting pleasure!” ABV: 8%.
B Nektar Death Unicorn- A hard cider with black currant. ABV: 6%.
B Nektar Mutant Killer Zombie Manhattan Project Thingy- “Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some issues that we like to call “Uh-Oh’s”. We accidentally blended a few hundred gallons of Zombie Killer into one of the two tanks that contained Zombies Take Manhattan. Yep, we’re feeling pretty dumb. On the plus side (we always look on the bright side of life), we still have about 70+ barrels of a mutant blend of ZTM and Zombie Killer. So rather than cry about it, we decided to see what we could do with it. And the Mutant Killer Zombie Manhattan Project Thingy has been born. Keep a look out for this and enjoy…while you can.” ABV: 10%.
Upland Malefactor- “Developed as a stronger version of a Flanders-style Red Ale, Malefactor is our only sour aged in bourbon barrels that have been previously used to age beer at least once. This creates petite notes of bourbon character, and darker, charred wood character. Malefactor also undergoes a turbid mash, with a portion of flaked maize being boiled with the rest of the malt bill, including Vienna and caramel malts. A different cocktail of microorganisms are involved in fermentation, which creates sour notes, and hints of cherry pie. Malefactor is aged for up to 8 months or more before packaging.” ABV: 10.5%.
Alltech Kentucky Pumpkin Barrel Ale- “A barrel-aged ale brewed with Kentucky-sourced pumpkin, richly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. As the ale is aged in fresh bourbon barrels, the sweetness of caramel and vanilla are imparted upon the brew and complement its spicier base. At 10 percent alcohol by volume (ABV), this robust, limited release seasonal makes for a flavorful sipping beer to slowly warm up with as the weather cools.”
Jackie O’s Ohio Pale Ale- “American-style Pale Ale is brewed with Yakima Valley hops and English malt to create a wonderful amber color, a lively mouthfeel, and a crisp, hoppy finish.” ABV: 5.6%.
Omnipollo Raspberry Bianca- “A milky gose brewed with buckets of raspberry, lactose sugar and rock salt.” ABV: 4.2%.
Fifty West Doom Pedal- “Pouring a hazy, light orange color, this unfiltered Wheat Ale is brewed with coriander, orange peel, and grains of paradise. Expect a masterfully blended combination of mildly spicy notes and crisp, sweet, citrus flavors, which come together to create a full, flavorful brew with a light, refreshing finish.” ABV: 5.5%.
Great Divide Hoss- “HOSS is based on the Märzen lagers of Germany. Rich, layered malt notes, with hints of cherry and dark fruits, dominate, while the unique addition of rye imparts a slightly earthy, spicy character. Hoss finishes crisp and dry, and its brilliant red-orange color is a toast to the sunsets that make the perfect backdrop for this beer.” ABV: 6.2%.
Rhinegeist Sabertooth- “Saber Tooth Tiger is a Prehistoric IPA that attacks the senses with potent notes of Papaya, Mango and Peach yet finishes it’s prey (your palate) with a crisp clean citrus bitterness.” ABV: 8.5%.
Rhinegeist Franz- “Franz is our Oktoberfest beer. He’s an autumnal brew, a bit of a dreamer, often hikes in the Alps and comes back with great ideas for delicious malts and is forever hoisting barrels over his head for ’ze exercize’. Franz is our Oktoberfest brau, and our first take on a German brew. Not traditional, but über German. These malts will PUMP you UP, jaaah!” ABV: 5.4%.
Schlafly Pumpkin Ale- “Our Pumpkin Ale blends the spices of the harvest with full-bodied sweetness for a beer that tastes like pumpkin pie. Pounds of pumpkin form a malty foundation that supports the fall flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. While pumpkin beers were produced in the early days of the American colonies, they were different from the pumpkin beers we know today. Colonists used pumpkin and squash as the fermenting medium, since malted barley was scarce. Once malt became more readily available, it replaced these alternatives to grain. Weyerbacher Line Street Pilsner- “Sure, we love our big beers, but sometimes we just want something lighter without sacrificing flavor. That’s Line Street Pils. A hoppy pilsner with great flavor and a not-so-menacing ABV. This brew pours a bright and deep yellow with a pleasant, light citrus aroma. Our twist on a Czech pils using Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer has a crisp, refreshing bitterness up front that fades into a dry, palate quenching finish. Bright, crisp and hop forward – that’s Line Street Pils.” ABV: 5.3%.
