Cappy’s Supper Club is a series of one-night only pop up dinners. Each dinner features a different restaurant and chef, working in collaboration with a craft brewery to serve up a unique culinary experience to our patio.

Both Caitlin and Brian competed on Bravo’s most recent season of Top Chef and we can’t wait to see what they’ll bring us in this beer dinner with a Top Chef-twist.

Why: Because the art of food and beer pairing is a beautiful thing and is worth celebrating! At the beginning of each course, Caitlin, Brian and Colin from Platform will talk about the creative process of developing the dish, developing the beer, and why the flavor profiles of both play off of one another. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions, meet the masters behind the food and drink, and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime menu and dining experience.
