Against The Grain Bo&Luke- “We took the ingredients in bourbon whiskey (Barley, Rye, Corn) and then smoked them with cherry wood and brewed a huge imperial stout with them. Then to top it off we aged it in Pappy VanWinkle Bourbon Barrels. The resulting beer is rich, smokey and complex, with a bourbon character of caramel, vanilla and spice.” ABV: 13ish%
Nickelbrook Kentucky Bastard- “We kicked it up a notch with our Bolshevik Bastard Imperial Stout, aging it in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. The rich chocolate, coffee and dark fruit flavours from our Imperial Stout are married together with the vanilla, oak and warming alcohol from bourbon barrels. Together as one, the result is an incredible blend of aroma and taste. Drink it today, or cellar it to enjoy later as it matures.” ABV: 14.5%.
New Holland Mischievous- “Mischievous presents flavors derived from its 100% brettanomyces fermentation. This wild yeast contributes earthiness, spice, mineral-character and slight tartness.” ABV: 5.5%.
Lagunitas High Westified- “This beer couldn’t have been done without the help from our friends at High West Distillery in Park City, UT and Chicago’s-own Metropolitan Coffee. We brewed a rich, malty Imperial Stout with some of Metropolitan’s Spice Island blend, then let it vintag-ize in High West Rye and Bourbon Barrels for up to 17 FREAKING MONTHS” ABV: 12.2%.
Dogfish Head Pennsylvania Tuxedo- “A spruce-infused pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel-suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the backcountry of north-central PA. Brewed in collaboration with family-run outdoor clothing company Woolrich, Pennsylvania Tuxedo is a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. We went into the forests of north-central Pennsylvania and Georgetown, Del., to pick these fresh tips ourselves. A dry yet doughy malt backbone lets the hops and spruce shine while still balancing out the bitterness, making this one an easy sipper.” ABV: 8.5%.
Alaskan Winter Ale- “Brewed in the style of an English Olde Ale, this ale balances the sweet heady aroma of spruce tips with the clean crisp finish of noble hops. Its malty richness is complemented by the warming sensation of alcohol.” ABV: 6.4%.
MIA Beer Company Mega Mix- “A West-Coast style light bodied pale ale with a Megamix of Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra late addition and dry hops. Hugely aromatic and mildly bitter.” ABV: 6%.
MIA Beer Company Tourist Trappe- “This tripel is brewed with blond malts and a touch of candy sugar. It’s fermented with Belgian Abby yeast strain that imparts fruity and spicy yet soft, well rounded esters. This low hopped brew is easy on the palate, but deceptively strong.” ABV: 10%.
MIA Beer Company Miami Weiss- “This traditional German-Style Hefeweizen is brewed with wheat, barley, & sweet orange peel. This unfiltered hefe produces vanilla, banana & bubblegum esters.” ABV: 6%.
Boulder Killer Penguin- “This limited, small-batch release is dark garnet red in color with a candied-fruit like aroma and flavor. At 10% ABV, Killer Penguin is a big barleywine that comes across very smooth and extremely balanced — the perfect beer to share among friends.”
Jackie O’s Gose- “Stainless conditioned, mixed culture beer brewed with salt & coriander. ” ABV: 5.2%.
Rhinegeist Saison Blue- “A light Saison features locally sourced organic wheat from Blue Oven, toasted in house.” ABV: 6.4%.
Two Brothers In The Flesh Blueberry- “Our American Sour series, In The Flesh, returns with a sour ale re-fermented with real blueberries. Brewed with house ale yeast, our In The Flesh series strives to provide drinkable fruit sours that offer the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Sometimes it’s good to be sour.” ABV: 4.2%.
Founders Lizard of Koz- “This one is near and dear to our hearts. Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki wanted to make the birthday of his little sister, Liz, a special one. So he did what he does best and brewed a stout using a few of her favorite ingredients: fresh Michigan blueberries, rich chocolate and vanilla aged in bourbon barrels to round out those beautiful flavors. Liz was floored and we think you will be too.” ABV: 10.5%.
Jackie O’s Oro Negro- “American Double Stout, brewed with black walnuts and conditioned on oak, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and Habanero peppers.” ABV: 10%.
Ei8ght Ball K-Hole- “Our Barrel Aged K-Hole is an imperial mocha stout we’ve been aging since our birth. 15% ABV, chocolate, Carabello Coffee, and lactose.” ABV: 15%.
